Held multiple leadership roles across East Bay Deli, growing from assistant management into marketing and corporate operations. Managed daily restaurant operations, front-of-house and back-of-house teams, inventory, deposits, scheduling support, employee paperwork, catering/event coordination, and customer relations. Later managed multiple restaurant locations and helped open a new Columbia, SC store.

Helped travelers find lodging, dining, and entertainment around Charleston while selling travel packages, building local connections, supporting event setups, and giving sales presentations.

Worked in a fast-paced hospitality environment handling customer relations, expo line support, shift flow, and team support.

Handled payments, deposits, office inventory, customer service, collections calls, field calls, loan renewals, and daily office operations.
