Over 9 years of experience supporting commercial, multifamily, residential, and aquatic construction projects across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.
My role connects preconstruction, permitting, construction administration, inspections, documentation, finish coordination, scheduling support, and communication between office teams, field crews, general contractors, inspectors, suppliers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
I help keep projects moving by organizing information, creating tracking systems, documenting progress, following up on requirements, and keeping teams informed from preconstruction through completion.
Core Responsibilities
Permitting & Jurisdictional Coordination
Coordinate permit applications, plan review comments, revisions, approvals, inspection requirements, and communication with counties, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
Inspection Management
Schedule and track required inspections, document results, communicate corrections or next steps, and help field teams stay aligned with project and jurisdictional requirements.
Construction Administration
Support RFIs, submittals, change orders, finish documentation, closeout paperwork, project records, meeting follow-ups, and administrative details that keep construction moving.
Finish & Material Coordination
Coordinate finish selections, tile, coping, grout, depth markers, product details, supplier information, vendor communication, ordering support, and material documentation.
Digital Project Systems
Build and maintain digital project workflows, including Trello boards, progress photo organization, project information sheets, inspection records, approvals, job files, and accessible project documentation.
Scheduling & Field Support
Support project schedules through inspection coordination, look-ahead planning, follow-up tracking, field updates, and communication of upcoming needs or next steps.
Team & Stakeholder Communication
Help keep project managers, field crews, general contractors, inspectors, suppliers, vendors, agencies, and internal office staff connected with clear and organized project information.
Process Improvement
Create and improve systems for tracking project information, inspection requirements, finish selections, submittals, documentation, photos, and communication workflows.
Early Operations & Administrative Support
Earlier in my role, I also supported company operations through fleet coordination, fuel card tracking, crew travel coordination, hotel reservations, paperwork filing, project file organization, and field operations support.
