Project overview
A luxury apartment community where the pool design and overall amenity layout were established before the project came to me. The finished project includes expansive sun shelves, in-water loungers, and architectural water features that create a destination-quality experience for residents. My contribution focused on coordinating finish selections and submittals, supporting construction administration, and maintaining project documentation across an active multifamily build.
Challenges
Coordinating multiple finish vendors and material lead times against an active multifamily construction schedule, while ensuring every submittal aligned with the owner's previously approved design intent.
Lessons learned
Front-loaded submittals and clear, written finish approvals saved weeks of back-and-forth and gave the field crew a single source of truth to build from.
