Project overview
Hawthorne at Summerville is a multifamily apartment community with a completed outdoor aquatic amenity for residents. My involvement focused on the project coordination and construction administration side of the work — scheduling support, inspection coordination, progress photo management, documentation, communication, and closeout support. The overall pool design, layout, and structural elements were established outside of my role. My contribution was focused on helping the project stay organized, documented, and moving forward throughout construction.
Challenges
Keeping scheduling, inspections, progress photos, documentation, and stakeholder communication aligned throughout an active multifamily build — making sure outstanding items were tracked and nothing slipped between the office, field team, contractors, inspectors, and suppliers.
Lessons learned
Hawthorne at Summerville reinforced how much behind-the-scenes coordination shapes a smooth project. Organized records, consistent communication, and disciplined photo and inspection tracking are what keep a multifamily aquatic project moving from active construction through closeout.

- Coordinated scheduling, inspections, and project documentation throughout active construction
