My contribution
I supported this project through permit preparation and submission, inspection coordination throughout construction, finish documentation, material coordination, and communication with the project team.

During the finish selections stage, I supported client communication, finish coordination, and scope clarification that helped expand the project to include deck work under Aquarian's contract, resulting in an $85,000 change order.
