Project overview

The Row at the Stadium, formerly Reign at Williams-Brice, was a large student housing amenity project in Columbia, South Carolina near Williams-Brice Stadium. The project included a 6,106 SF commercial lazy river pool and a 367 SF commercial hydrotherapy spa.

My contribution

I supported larger-scale project coordination, including in-person finish selection meetings, documentation, order follow-up, subcontractor/vendor coordination support, change-order tracking, and communication between senior leadership, GC contacts, field crews, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

Project details

6,106 SF commercial lazy river pool · 367 SF commercial hydrotherapy spa · Student housing amenity project · Columbia, SC · Near Williams-Brice Stadium · One of Aquarian's largest contracts to date. This project represents one of my largest construction coordination experiences to date and helped shape my interest in growing into larger commercial and community-focused construction work.
